Keynote Presentations

Need a dynamic presentation that engages your target audience and differentiates your message?

Is there a desire to distinguish yourself from all the other 'Death by PowerPoint' presenters?

Over the past 15 years, we at TDG have received critical acclaim for the development, engaging content, and delivery, of 'keynote' and 'featured speaker' presentations for all venues of the education and technology market sectors on a national basis. Our presenters and developers are willing and able to assist you in the development, refinement, and delivery of your message.

Technology Planning

The planning process begins with the fundamental question: what are your educational goals? Only after we become intimately acquainted with your goals and business processes do we begin developing the technology plan.

We meet with your project leaders to craft a scope of work and a timeline for the project.
We then schedule a one day seminar with all 'key' influencers to 'tune' the process to your needs. It is a multi-stage evergreen process that is cyclical and addresses:

  • Initial Research, Gap Analysis, and Desired State
  • Implementation and Management
  • Assessment
  • Adjustment

The plan becomes an evergreen document that serves to:

- Articulate the district's strategic plan, map technology recommendations to that plan
- Explore the needs and concerns of the schools, district, and community
- Serve as the baseline metric for annual review

Professional Development

TDG Educational consultants are there to assist educational leaders to identify, use, evaluate and promote appropriate technologies to enhance and support instruction and standards-based curriculum leading to improved student achievement.

Specifically, our Educational Consultants provide districts with knowledge and consultation in areas of computer systems and equipment; of technical language used in most hardware and software environments and current trends in curriculum and assessment software development. More importantly, these professionals have the ability to communicate this technical information orally and in writing such that nontechnical teachers and administrators are able to comprehend the implications and requirements of adoption.

Project / Program Management

Working with TDG's instructional technology planners TDG's project management services, will insure that your facility design, network plan, communications systems design, instructional design, and technology models are viable, that contractors and vendors are qualified, that the project is completed according to cost and schedule parameters, and the deliverables meet project specifications.

To meet these responsibilities, TDG will work with your schools and/or district to develop a project team that is assigned to a experienced Project Manager . The team makeup and activities are dependent upon the scope and magnitude of effort required during the implementation phase of the proposed project.

Best Practices

Technology deployment is complex and challenging in itself. Effective utilization is even more of a challenge especially when insufficent training and no 'Best Practice' modeling is the norm. It is the exception rather than the norm to see a technology initiatve really deliver true systemic change and increased efficiencies. The organizational aspects and current 'belief structures' associated with technology intiatives are often overlooked.

TDG has a proven structured methodology for managing not just the implementation of technology projects but also the identification, introduction, utilization, communication, and proliferation of the desired outcomes of the project - both short term and long term.
